1.5 parts sugar to 1 part water

For ganish
Instructions
Add red vermouth, Fernet Branca, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white into a spindle mixer (or shake vigorously if unavailable).
Blend with crushed ice until smooth and slightly frothy.
Pour into a chilled highball glass over ice.
Garnish with a mint sprig.
Notes
Use a cocktail shaker if you don’t have a spindle mixer. For a vegan version, substitute egg whites for aquafaba or other vegan foamer.
